Preferred solution: The UTX 85 SEI nave at present is a great knife. I was seeking info about the authenticity of the knives discounted on the internet for $ 59.99.

They sent broken crap, would never order again. Just junk, this they cannot fix...

Don't care for non quality junk, even free let alone $70.00 with problems & issues..! Done.

I Ordered on Facebook the knife, the knife was never delivered... I've contact you twice, was told the mail people stole my order, another was sent to replace, but still there is Nothing delivered..! No more response. No refund... No delivery!

I have been trying for weeks to find out the status of my knife to no avail. How do you get micro tek to respond. All I want is for my knife to be returned or be compensated. I would like to find out the status on my knife

I have been trying the last few weeks about my knife. Because my knife is an auto they needed further info. I am a retired Police Officer so sent copies of my retirement creds. I was told that this would be satisfactory to use. As of this date I have failed to be able to find out when my knife will be sent back to me I would appreciate any help you can give me with my knife being returned to me

Hard operation

I have two Microtech knives, a Troodon and a Signature Series Warhound Ultratech. Troodon is great. Ultratech sometimes is good sometimes it takes two hands to close. Very inconsistent. I sent it back and it is not much difference. Just be sure you try to deploy and retrack multiple times before buying. Not a user friendly knife. Seems to be common complaint online.

Broken knife

I had this knife for 2 months paid 300 for it it stopped working so I called customer service they didnt tell me it had a warranty they sell me the tool to take it apart I call back because one of the springs broke I figured out it had a warranty on my own so I call and try to send it to get fixed they want to charge me 50 buck because I took it apart they should of told me that instead of selling me the tool to take it apart

My knife has a bad Deployment Spring. I have filled out the Warranty section on their website Twice The last time about 2 weeks ago and have not received any emails or phone calls from them. You would think a $300 knife would last more than a year. I understand stuff gets through Quality control sometimes But when you have a product cost that much for what it is you should have a good warranty program. I will not buy anything from them again

Many hours and 2 months put into trying to get a refund, still nothing. They are a great wholesale knife maker, but a horrible retailer (Stick to wholesale). At this point they still have my knife and the money.
